Craig Stefanko - President/CEO
DCC Construction, Inc.
Mr. Stefanko has 30 years of experience in commercial development. Real-estate holdings include recreational based facilities including golf and physical fitness centers in addition to commercial space exceeding 300,000 square feet.
Mr. Stefanko’s construction experience ranges from design-build 60,000 square foot lease to owning medical and office buildings to site excavation projects exceeding 80 acres. Most recent accomplishments include a 95,000 square foot Thor Industries manufacturing facility completed on a fast-track 6-month schedule, and currently working on a 45,000 square foot medical office building located in Flint, Michigan. Clients include Kroger Company, TomoTherapy, Reliant Renal Care, McLaren Healthcare Corporation, Trammel Crowe, CBRE, Trans Development and many more.
Mr. Stefanko’s community involvement includes a Board of Directors seat on Hospice Foundation for Brian’s House, McLaren Regional Foundation, State Bank/Fentura holdings, and Davison Township DDA and Building Review Board.
Jason Orchard - Partner and Senior Project Manager
Mr. Orchard has nine years of experience in the construction industry consisting of construction management, site supervision, project estimating, project scheduling, site planning/development, contract negotiations and sales. He has gained this experience and developed his skills by managing multiple projects of all sizes. His experience covers a wide variety of project types such as big box retail, strip malls, cancer treatment facilities, surgical centers, hospice facilities along with medical and general use office buildings. He has worked on these projects with large firms such as Kroger Company, Wal-Mart, TomoTherapy and McLaren Health Care Corporation.
Mr. Orchard has a B.S. in Construction Management from Michigan State University. He continues to work on one of his passions by assisting in the development and improvement of programs that provide “turnkey” solutions for clients that desire a single source of responsibility on a project. He is also pursuing LEED certification in order to provide expertise to owners who may be dedicated to sustainable building design and construction.
