We are currently seeking entry level Project Coordinators to work directly with Project Manager / Estimators, and Superintendents in multiple aspects of project management and estimating assistance.

The Project Coordinator works directly with the Project Manager / Estimators and Superintendents on the creation of project estimates and the management of projects from both the office and the field. This position has a vast array of responsibilities and requires the ability to multi-task on numerous projects, duties and deadlines while always professionally representing our company.


• Create subcontractor bid lists
• Call and communicate with bidding subcontractors
• Read plans and specifications as well as identify and coordinate bid scopes
• Reviews plans for consistency and accuracy
• Perform on and off screen take offs
• Assist with the assembly of RFP’s
• Receive, review and distribute Submittals and manage submittal process
• Receive, assist in reviewing and distribute RFI’s
• Assist in reviewing, distributing and assembling bulletins
• Assist in assembling and distributing subcontractor change orders
• Assist in progress meeting documentation
• Assist in project closeout


• Resourcefulness and ability to track down information quickly and accurately
• Ability to learn quickly and prepare estimates
• Maintains high level of professionalism at all levels

• Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills

• 0-5 years commercial / Industrial construction management experience
• Bachelor’s degree desired, but not required if required skill set is presented
